Processing and Shipping Times

We do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Within the Netherlands: Orders are shipped within 1 business day.
International orders (outside the Netherlands): Orders are shipped within 2 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with (if applicable) a tracking link to follow your package.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are clearly shown at checkout. Within the EU, shipping is always free.

 

Delayed Deliveries

While we do everything we can to deliver your order on time, delays may occasionally occur — for example, due to carrier delays or customs procedures for international shipments. We appreciate your understanding.
