Reflection period/return

You might sometimes want to return an order. Perhaps because you don't like the product, or perhaps there's another reason why you don't want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.

After canceling, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the online store are at your own expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to Forto Cycling with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@fortocycling.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return.

Exchange product?

Would you like to exchange your product? That's no problem at all. You can contact us at info@fortocycling.nl. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

I provided an incorrect shipping address!

Accidentally provided the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We'll then try to change the order for you.

Warranty

At Forto Cycling, we offer a two-year warranty on our products. If you discover a defect in your product that prevents it from performing its described functions, please contact us. We will repair or replace your Forto product free of charge.
